<p><span style="font-size:18px;"><strong>Introducing YoungMajors NYCC!</strong></span></p><p>The New York Cycle Club (NYCC) and Major Taylor Iron Riders (MTIR) will collaborate on a youth training program this Fall that brings more young people -- with an emphasis on Black, Latinx, and Asian boys and girls -- to the lifestyle and discipline of road cycling. The experience of NYCC’s trademark SIG training series will be leveraged to develop this program.</p><p>Our goal is to spread our love of cycling as a transformative lifestyle, and share the wonders and excitement of road cycling to young people who may not otherwise have the opportunity to learn about the sport. </p><p><strong>YOUNGMAJORS NYCC Inaugural Kids Training Program Begins Saturday, October 1st - November 5th, 2022!</strong></p><p><span style="font-size:18px;"><strong>We need 10 more bikes</strong></span></p><p><span style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Do you have a road bike that's collecting dust, in great shape but no longer your primary steed? Why not donate it to a young person who can bring a new life to your formerly favorite ride. </span><br /><br /><span style="font-size: medium;">Bikes need to be in good working order. We have particular need for smaller sizes. If you have a bike to donate, please bring it to the Brooklyn Navy Yard, Saturday, October 1, by 9 am.
