The third download is the Poughkeepsie - Peekamoose - Poughkeepsie 100, a slight variation by John Z.

You can tie "The Knot" many ways. To deserve the name "The Knot" a ride must come at the crossroads of Tweed Blvd and Clausland Mountain Rd from every direction. This route does not technically achieve this but it takes in the added climbs of Old Mountain/Christian Herald/Mountain View and Schuyler Rd. There's plenty of climbing here.

A long meandering route that tackles just about every climb between GWB and Beacon with flexibility for distances and speeds.

The ride usually ends in Cold Spring; Beacon is a bit over the top. NOTE: Rte. 218 over Storm King Mtn. (from Washington Gate to Cornwall) may be closed.
