Do you know that this year a couple of young, eager and innovative NYCC members have developed the club’s first racing and development team and ……have been remarkably successful?</p> <p dir="ltr">Please join us at our June 13 th club meeting to hear from our NYCC Racing & Development Team co-captains, James Gilbert and Andrew Leone to learn about the interesting and motivating story of how and why this team was developed and has enjoyed surprising success in their very first year of competition. Chad is the owner of enduranceWERX, a cycling coaching and fitting studio in NYC. Chad is a certified USA Cycling coach and Retul bicycle fitter. He has over 15 years of experience coaching, testing, fitting, and consulting individuals. Chad is also a Triathlete and Category 1 cyclist, devoting many hours to training for his own goals.
