Essential Yoga Poses for Cyclists

Our presenter Laura Kauffmann explains:

"Yoga asana has become the standard physical practice for full body stretching these days and I have found that it has not only enhanced my riding, but also has made my life better on so many levels. The time you spend on the mat will not only decrease your chance of injury, it will offer you tools to get through those harder workouts on the bike as well as mastering challenging life changes with ease. We’ll view what I think are the top five essential yoga poses that each cyclist should add to their cycling tool kit."
