Hayes has over 18 years of sustainable transportation planning, design and implementation experience and a Masters in Urban Planning from Hunter College</p> <hr style="clear:both;"> <p><a href="mailto:president@nycc.org?subject=a%20question%20for%20Hayes%20Lord"><strong>Submit a Question for Hayes</strong></a><strong>:</strong></p> <p>- What route, commuting or recreational, would you like to see improved?</p> <p>- What street-intersection-path-bridge do you feel most needs a treatment?</p> <p>- Got questions about bike share? Central-Prospect Parks? Other?</p> <p><a href="http://nycc.org/"><strong>New York Cycle Club</strong></a>, founded in 1936, is the largest such club in the city, an all-volunteer recreational cycling organization that offers its 2,000 members rides at all pace levels; weekend trips; a nationally recognized spring training program; monthly meetings featuring important speakers in the field.
