Program: 

Century Road Club Association (CRCA) is the largest USA Cycling affiliated club with over 650 current members. Our mission is to promote the sport of bicycle racing for the enjoyment of our members, and the community in general, through race promotion, rider development/coaching, and building community with training and social events. We are a volunteer run not-for-profit organization much like the NYCC, and are comprised of over 40 CRCA affiliated Sub-teams (such as CRCA/NYCC Racing & CRCA/NYCC Women's Racing) and individual racers who race independently. CRCA is also one of the most active race promoters in the country, putting on 15 races in Central Park (including the Dave Jordan Classic, the Mengoni Grand Prix and the Lou Maltese Memorial), and some of the most prestigious road races in our region: Grant's Tomb Crit, Orchard Beach Crit, and the Bear Mountain Classic. Our most popular membership level, the Season Pass membership ($100/yr), gives racers entry into all of our member-only Club races (12/yr in Central Park) and our free weekly coaching sessions, among other benefits, while only requiring volunteering at 2 CRCA events. We do offer other membership tiers depending on a racer's preferred level of commitment. Any NYCC member who is interested in giving bike racing a try, learning advanced pack riding or bike handling skills, and being plugged into a broader community of competitive cyclists, should consider joining CRCA as a complement to their NYCC membership.
