On this ride we ride through many Queens and Brooklyn neighborhoods to explore the nether reaches of Queens to Laurelton which borders Nassau County.

For those who are interested, the paper cue sheet lists all the different neighborhoods we ride through.  And for those who use turn by turn audio directions on your iphone, the audio will recite the neighborhood in addition to the turn instructions.

This scenic park along the Hackensack River was once a landfill. Now it offers a gorgeous bike trail, kayaking, dog park, and public restrooms. All along Euclid Avenue in Ridgefield Park you will find memorials commemorating the wars in which U.S. veterans defended our country. Lunch at Cafe Angelique, a French bistro with high quality food and pastries is a special treat.
