Friday, October 7, noon-6:00PM – Luggage drop at NYC Velo in Hell’s Kitchen
Saturday, October 8, train-and-bike rides to SUNY Stonybrook’s campus in Southampton
Saturday Night, October 8 - Dinner catered by La Parmigiana
Sunday, October 9 – Yoga and breakfast from Goldberg’s Famous Bagels followed by loops out of Southampton
Sunday Night, October 9 – Dinner catered by Rumba
Monday, October 10 – Yoga and breakfast from Goldberg’s Famous Bagels followed by bike and train rides back to NYC
Tuesday, October 11, noon-6:00PM – Luggage pickup at NYC Velo in Hell’s Kitchen
Weekend Cost
$250 per person single occupancy in a six-room suite with a shared bath.
This pays for two nights' housing at SUNY Stonybrook Southampton Campus, including linen and towels; two breakfasts, two dinners; and luggage shuttles to/from Manhattan. It does not include personal transport to/from Southampton of lunches on ride days.
Members may make their own housing arrangements and participate in the rides and activities. The “a la carte” costs for Saturday-Sunday dinner ($30 each), Sat-Sun breakfasts ($15 each) and luggage shuttles ($10 each way). Fill out this form if that’s what you want to do.
Note to couples: School policy precludes couples housing. All suites and bathrooms are single gender.
