Program: Elizabeth (Liz) Marcello is urban planning scholar and adjunct assistant professor at the City University of New York. She received her PhD in urban planning from Columbia University. Her research is focused on urban governance, politics, and economic development. Previously, Liz worked with Reinvent Albany, a non-profit bringing transparency and accountability to New York State government. Liz is an experienced bike racer with CRCA/To Be Determined, and served as CRCA President in 2015 and Vice President of Racing in 2014. She was also a longtime Race Director of the Grant's Tomb as a board member of the New York State Bicycle Racing Association; and currently, serves on the board of StreetsPAC, the cyclists' political action committee.

If you are unwilling to run the Zoom software on your device, you will not be able to participate.
Up to 100 people can “attend” the Webinar (meaning that they can pose questions during the Q&A period). Many more than that can listen and watch. If it is important to you to be able to pose questions, please register early for the event as this feature is limited to the first 100 registrants.
