Event: First Aid for Cyclists: What Every Rider Should KnowDate: Tuesday, April 14, 2020 at 6pm!

Program:First Aid for Cyclists is designed specifically for cyclists to help you understand the role of the first responder in collecting information, keeping the injured cyclist(s) safe till help arrives, and minimizing the chance others will be injured. Common cycling related injuries and other road related medical emergencies will be reviewed. Suggestions for a personal first aid kit will be also given.
Biography:Dr. Ed Fishkin is Medical Director of the Woodhull Medical Center in Brooklyn. He is a long term cyclist and NYCC member who lead the A-Classic SIG for many years and founded and captained the A-19 SIG between 2000 and 2010.
